Hello all,
For those who may have wondered just what was used by the Special Forces
units deployed in Africa, attached is a picture of the portable station used
by AEM4UAC.

The operator was SSG Hector Michaud,
(A Co 2Bn 3rd SFG(A)),
and the transceiver is  the
AN/PRC-104.

The next time you hear the weak signals of these deployed units remember the limitations they are working with.
