Hi! Friends, many years ago, I got in a ham flea market a mobile kaki vertical antenna with the inscription: HEPCO 280-1, 38-59 MHz IT seems to be fiberglass and you can screw it into a base but I have not the base to use with it.It would be fun to use but... no base. anyone else know this antenna ? Looking for the small booklet "notes on the art 13 transmitter" by [author unknown but ham call letters given after his name} This is a pinkish small booklet. Copies are ok, someone stole many of my collected books and parts including this one.
