Thanks for the chat a few weeks back on the Wed. night net. I was at the
museum when the net started so we just called from there. VE7CHR is the
museum call. I have just about finished the TMC linear project and will be
able to join in the net with a proper mil radio. We have a number of radios
to choose from in the "Fox Hole". Here's the museum link.

Well, I finally did it! I bought a UNIMOG! See attached photo. I'll get you
some more pics once I get it cleaned up and some radios installed. It is a
24VDC system. I have found a Sunair GSB-900DX with GCU-935 coupler. Not sure
on the price yet. What is a reasonable offer for the pair?
Note the large, 1/4" plate steel antenna mount on the left front fender
near
the windshield. Now I just need to find a place to mount the radio(s).
